This is BS because card companies already know all your information on their computers. They don't need you to give it to them. They will fake being involved with your card services (never saying which brand) and that they can help you to reduce your credit card interest rates if you take advantage of a time limited offer they have running. This will only require a verification of your number to in order to secure the deal. Once they have your number they can legally bill you for hundreds of dollars and often times it works so well it allows them to make millions of dollars a year stealing from people.
