January 18, 2015, 9:06 pm A really crazy Mexican family scam where they have the nerve to call people and tell you that are relatives that need money for something. In my case they actually wanted hundreds of dollars to help them buy and transport televisions across the border to take home. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I have attempted to report this all to the police, but I'm not sure they can do much about it. February 11, 2015, 12:42 am Mexican family scam that was asking for $400.00 to pay for the transportation of 2 tvs. I told them I am not related to them and they kept trying to convince me that I was forgetting who they were with big sob story guilt trips. Ridiculous to think I don't even know who my own family is. I'm quite aware of all my relatives thank you very much. Plus, I am not Mexican so it kind of makes it impossible.
