November 23, 2013, 9:52 pm Jenny Anderson from Beters Law Firm claiming to have a legal case pending against me and that they are ready to send me legal papers by serving me. November 24, 2013, 12:05 am I received the same phone call on November 19th! She claimed that I owed money to a company named American Cash (something like that). Threatening me that legal fees are going to cost me $8k. She even read me my SSN back to me! Told me I could pay half of the $890 debt they say I owed to clear the problem immediately as the creditor was willing to settle for less to get it overwith. March 4, 2015, 9:29 pm I was told this was a law firm called "Beters Law Firm" and they were calling regarding old debts from 2011 that needed to be repaid. I was warned about potential legal action if I didn't respond with payment for a reduced settlement amount within 48 hours. They knew my social scerity number and claimed there was also the potential to have me arrested if I didn't comply. No idea what this is about. No loans in 20 years taken out in my home.
