They have been attacked by the FTC many times and forced to issues refunds to people because they are very misleading and selling free stuff or fake tech support memberships. This is a big scam in the US and UK and you should be aware that the real purpose of the call is to mislead you into buying tech support services for hundreds of dollars and to sell you modified freeware that costs nothing elsewhere on the internet.
