Callback scammers. They bill you immediately. I got a charge from them and only stayed on the line for 5 seconds. Don't call it or you will be billed.

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada, Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:
