Just a scam to trick you into paying a high bill or phish your data. I've heard stories about people getting ripped off or 9 year tech support memberships that don't even work and being sold software that is actually free. WHEN THEY CALLED AGAIN I GOT INDIAN MEN WITH ACCENTS THAT VERY OBVIOUSLY FRESH FROM INDIA. THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO GET YOU TO ALLOW THEM TO HACK YUO WITH REMOTE MANAGEMENT MALWARE AND THEN TRY TO SELL YOU STUFF AFTER TRICKING YOU INTO THINKING THEY ARE SUPER TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE. March 6, 2015, 5:00 pm I don't know for sure what these people are up to, but they wanted to make me change security setting on my computer to fix a problem I never detected on my own.
