June 14, 2016, 2:25 pm I missed the original call and I call them back and it was answered by someone with a foreign accent. Saying that they was with the IRS and an arrest warrant was being issued for tax fraud. If you call the IRS it's going to give you prompts and not a direct dial to an agent.
