February 18, 2014, 8:59 am A fake payday loan collection agency scam. They tell you that you have loan due when you probably have never even taken out a payday loan. I just hung up. If you hang up on them they may call you back to embarrass you with fake prize winning claims in order to get you to give them your personal details. July 10, 2014, 5:00 pm This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They use an automated dialer and do not have an operator on the phone when the call is answered, in further violation of the TCPA. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line to interrupt or stop the recording further violating the TCPA. Their recording guarantees that you have been approved for a discount loan. Coupling this message with the additional violations of the TCPA listed above it is clear this this scam is a phishing attempt trying to get personal financial information in order to rip people off or commit identity theft. January 23, 2015, 9:33 am pre-approved loan scam. These are illegal to give to people over the phone due to excessive high rates of abuse in the past. You need to see someone in person for a legit loan so ignore these con-artists. They will offer the loan for a small fee which is supposed to cover fines for bad credit and taxes. You'll send them the prepayment using a dot green card or some other card that doesn;'t allow refunds. Once they have you money you will keep calling them like an idiot while they make excsues such as more fines and taxes need to be paid. Sometimes they get you to keep paying more than once. In the end you will left broker than before and totally ripped off and give up. Don't be that guy, and ignore or hang up!! Caller Company: Pre-Approved Loans Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
