October 12, 2013, 6:41 am Claimed that legal action was going to be taken against me for back taxes. Some kind of false IRS scheme to use fear to extort money from innocent people. The real IRs has made public statements about this scam and to inform people that they don't make calls like this trying to scare people. October 15, 2013, 12:31 pm I had this guy call me with heavy accent saying he was an officer from federal bureau investigation department and their is a crime investigation against me. He said to call him back as soon as possible otherwise I would be in a legal mess. Please be aware... This is a SCAM!!!! March 7, 2015, 7:47 am This is an IRS impersonator trying to use fear to force you into an extortion scam. This is a national US scam that has been going on for quite some time. They are most often Indian or have Asian sounding accents. They may threaten you with arrest by the FBI or Homeland security for non-payment of your back taxes or debts.
