When I told her the owner does not come in everyday, she hung up. It has been going on for days for about a month now. January 9, 2015, 2:00 pm These calls from Express Processing are getting very old. I'm not sure what list they found our number on, but they seem very determined to sell us their crappy merchant service(D on Better Business Bureau, some illuminating reports from their previous customers). They call between 2 and 4 times each day. Their call center staff is extremely rude. They hang up on you in mid-sentence if you tell them that the owner is not available, or if you try to tell them to take you off their list. Even if they provided the best merchant processing in the industry(which they clearly do not based on reviews) I would never do business with them, nor should you.
