September 20, 2013, 7:14 pm Phishers who use UPS or FEDEX to try to trick you into giving them your personal information. They say they have a package for you and need to verify your address. When you ask them what address they have on file it's most likely an address nowhere near your house. I just hung up. Caller Company: Shipping Phishers, Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

November 24, 2014, 11:31 am Received a call from this number today - the caller asked for someone in the company regarding a FedEx package and they needed to speak with the director. I asked what its in reference to and got the same answer - need to speak with a director about a package. I asked are you really from FedEx - they hung up. SCAM!!! One day they are UPS, the next FedEx, then various other companies to get names, titles, mailing addresses, ext. numbers, etc.....for what-to SELL to other telemarketers? That's my guess.
