May 1, 2015, 4:03 am Getting multiple calls from this Verizon caller who wants my name, address, and credit card information to verify me and get me to pay back a debt on an unpaid bill. I hung up as I recently paid my Verizon bill so if there is a problem they can cut service. I will not waste anymore time with this caller, sorry. June 16, 2015, 11:08 am Debt collection scammer from a fake Verizon collection department. They will ask for your personal information and your credit card info. Sounded very dangerous so I hung up. Called Verizon back and they couldn't tell me why this number called me. Best to ignore or hang up. Wait for letters to come in the mail for debt issues. Left a message before I called them back that said the matter was urgent and needed me to call them back immediately to address the problem. These people are not associated with Verizon as I called them and they had no idea about this number and said all my bills were paid up. Be careful with this number. August 1, 2015, 6:18 pm This is not a legit Verizon customer service centre as I just called them and they don't have records of this number being used with their company. Might still be a legit number that is a third party or off-record number, but if that is the case then call Verizon direct with officially listed number off their website so you ca speak with them direct to 100% prove this caller being legit or not in regards to the unpaid bills.
