When I assured him I did not, he requested my location to send an "agent" to me in person to verify and collect. I threatened to report him, and he became hostile, so I hung up. April 6, 2016, 12:26 pm Just got a voicemail, all recorded with the same mumbo jumbo. A robot voice claiming a lawsuit against me and that I need a legal rep to call them back blah blah. So annoying. What makes me sad is that these people are obviously successful enough in scamming people that they keep doing it, which means there are victims. I really feel sad for those that are victimized. I tend to try to educate friends and family of mine that may not understand these scammer tactics. Hope to save at least a few people from getting scammed! All of the info the gent gave me was public info--like name, address, and phone. When I asked him to tell me more, he knew I was playing with him and he immediately disconnected---

I claimed I was an attorney and started harassing the indian guy who argued with me then hung up. so I called back got another guy, he hung up on me so i called again, anyway i called back a dozen times i think the only way to stop these bastards is to harass them back. April 7, 2016, 11:00 am The called me threatening legal action. I changed my caller ID to their number and called them back. A man answered stating he was from the US Treasury Dept. I asked him why he called me. He asked for my name, I told him the message I received did not direct it to a name so I was not going to give him mine. He asked why I was calling from his number, I told him I was calling from my number and to stop calling me. He hung up. I called several more times and was disconnected/hung up on every time. I can block the number but is there anyway for the police or somebody to make these people stop calling our numbers and wasting our time for no good reason? April 8, 2016, 11:26 am Got call from this number but did not answer. Usually the number they show on you caller ID is a fake number. They can actually make it show your number if they want to. Apparently the phone company can trace the call if you hang up and immediately dial some code that initiates a trace. Not sure what it will get you, in case it even works but, that service is available. Of course we all know, as reported on numerous news services, the IRS will never call you to collect money. They will send you notices in the mail and may show up at your door if you ignore those, but NO threatening phone calls. Only time they will call is if you call them first and leave your number & message for them to call you back. Caller Company: Who Knows ?? Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

Also told him about 2nd Amendment in America & told him to be prepared. Explained IRS never calls people. He told me to suck something - explained he probably didn't have one. he hung up.
