February 11, 2015, 2:48 am The IRS has been quite vocal about this scam operation. The IRs does not make threatening calls like this demanding immediate payment with threats of arrest or serious consequences. They'a big unprofessional for government standards. You would most likely get a letter in the mail and then face bank account seizures after failing to respond to them for a period of year or more.
