Just got a call to my work phone, reception was horrible on the landline. Though it's a DC number it's clearly forged b/c no phone number after the area code begins w/ "1," so they were definitely using local ANI-based routing. Lady w/ broken english confirmed I'd won $9k. I knew it was fake so I kept asking her where she was calling from until she hung up.
