August 2, 2016, 7:43 pm They call multiple times a day, but never say anything. Get a really obnoxious, LOUD noise ready. Example: banging of pots and pans, head banging music, sirens, whatever you can think of. When this number calls, do what I did. Answer, don't say anything, just start making very LOUD annoying sounds into your phone. After a couple of times of doing this, I haven't received anymore calls.
